The reception desk of Toyota Rental & Leasing New Sapporo locates on the 1st floor in the Center Building of the airport.
1.Arrival at New Chitose Airport
Arrival lobby (Main Building) is separated from the Center Building. Please follow the instructions in the airport to get to our reception desk. Two Toyota stores are located next to each other. Please visit “New Chitose Airport Suzuran Branch” which is on the right hand side.
2.Procedure in reception
After confirmation of customer’s name and driving license, we provide free shuttle bus for customers going to “New Chitose Airport Suzuran Branch” which takes around 10 minutes.
3.Arrival at the shop
It takes a few simple procedures before departure.
(Should you have agreed with the “Important Details” during reservation, you can skip the explanation before departure.)
4.After the procedures are done
After the procedures are done, we will give the contract to you. It is an important document. Please keep it until you return.
5.Introduction of Rent a Car
Our staff will show you to your car. Please check if there is a scratch or dent on the car with the staff before departure. The operation of the car various in different models. Should you have any enquires, please feel free to ask our staff.
6.Returning the car
Please return the car to “New Chitose Airport Suzuran Branch” but not to New Chitose Airport.
When you return to “New Chitose Airport Suzuran Branch”, please give the contract to the staff. The staff will check if there is any damage and then calculate the final payment.
We provide free shuttle bus for customers going to New Chitose Airport.
*Since the shop is crowded, please return around 1 to 1.5 hours before your flight departure.
